If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know right away within 24 hours. We’ll send a team of cleaners out to make it right within a 7-day window. If you’re still not happy after our re-clean is completed, we will offer a full refund.

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Maids and Mojo certified cleaner

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If you’re not happy with your cleaning, please notify us right away within 24 hours. We will come out and re-clean within a 7-day window. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

PRICING & POLICIES

For cleanings: Our cleaners are available 8am to 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Sunday. Just choose your desired service(s), and date and time accordingly and our team will be ready to clean!

For customer service: Our Customer Happiness Team is available to help you 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Feel free to call, chat, email or message us on social media for help!

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon or gift card code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

GETTING STARTED

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number of each on our booking page and the estimated price is shown instantly on our website.

We currently provide services to the Northern VA (Virginia) and Washington, DC area. Keep an eye on our website for updates as we expand.

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add comments for anything you would like to be applied to your service. We’ll follow up with any questions.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
